Advocating for Survivors of Clergy Abuse
ST. MARY'S HAVEN
St. Mary's Haven is a coalition of Survivor advocates that recognize the distinct lack of resources and organizations who support Survivors of clergy abuse. Together with Survivors and advocates we aim to change this, and build a strong alliance which champions the health and recovery of Survivors, first and foremost.

"Whatever troubles may be before you, accept them bravely, remembering Whom you are trying to follow. Do not be afraid. Love one another, bear with one another, and let charity guide you all your life."

WHO WE ARE
Our purpose is to partner with Survivors of clergy abuse to help everyone find healing resources, medical/legal funding,
safe haven communities,
resources, online forums,
and a strong, spiritual,
ST. MARY MACKILLOP
St. Mary MacKillop was the first advocate for Survivors of clergy abuse. When she reported sex abuse by a priest in her community,
she was disowned and excommunicated.
St. Mary MacKillop's courage and devotion to protect Survivors and the Faithful is an example
to all of us.
At St. Mary's Haven we focus our services on two pillars of healing. The first pillar at St. Mary's Haven
is advocacy on behalf of Survivors, where we focus efforts on supporting the mission to end abuse. The second pillar is our Survivor coalition which focuses on supporting Survivors personally, so they know that they are never alone. If you or a family member have been abused by clergy,
please reach out to us below.
